sumanth888 Posted June 19, 2020 Report Share Posted June 19, 2020 Hi, I am on H1B visa with I-140 approved, my current visa is expiring in Oct 2020 with Employer A. I recently filed H1B Transfer with Employer B along H4 and H4 EAD and just received approval for H1B alone for 3 years and H4/H4-EAD applications are still pending. I still have to decided completely decided to Join Employer B and my current employer(A) is fling my H1B extension. Will it be problem if current employer files H4 and H4-EAD applications along with my H1 extension. this will end up as 2 H4 and 2 H4-EAD applications with USCIS same time, how does H4 EAD processing happen in this scenario.
