H1B holder (through Employer A) is in USA- currently on 60 days grace period which is ending on June 30th, 2020 (original expiration - Aug 3, 2020). Got an offer from Employer B, who initiated H1B transfer before grace period ended (June 12th, 2020). Joined Employer B on H1B transfer application receipt number. Dependent - H4 is valid till Aug 3, 2020 (stamped through Employer A) and H4 dependent is in India. Q - Can H4 dependent travel to US right now using H1 transfer filing EAC # and employment letter or any other supported documents from Employer B ? Please advice! Thanks in advance!
