Looking for F1, Spouse I-140 under progress.

Hi All,

I was on H4 from 2016 to 2019. I joined for masters in fall 2019 and completed my first semester. Unfortunately My husband's h1B extension got denied during the start of my srping semester and we came back to india. since my h4 automatically becomes invalid,I took spring break from college and have a plan to continue Masters with f1 coming fall 2020.
 

I have  a few queries:

1. My husband has his I140 in progress. Does that have any impact on my F1 visa approval during the interview. kindly suggest how to over come this.

Is your Husband's I140 is still in progress or will the employer withdraw it?

I140 is a negative point, but you should go to the Visa and tell the truth to the CO. You can only win the lottery if you play it.

there will be no withdrawal of i140. I believe his visa is independent of mine and he is not sure about getting back to US until his company has requirement. Since i have completed my first semester, i have to go ahead and complete my masters and the only option i have now is getting F1. 

Please suggest.. if there is anyway that i can pass through this question.
