L1A petition stamped as L1B during visa interview and I94 stamped as L1A at port of entry

Hi

I am in a unique situtation where my L1A petition was stamped my interview officer as L1B during visa interview at Chennai and then when I entered US my I94 stamped as L1A at port of entry and two trips after out of USA, its still stamped as L1A.
My I94 also reads it as L1A. 

My question, is with my renewal round the corner, will it be under L1A or L1B, anyone has been in this situation before and what do you suggest would be the best way forward ?
