dinesh410 Posted June 12, 2020 Report Share Posted June 12, 2020 My Re-Entry permit (I-131) was approved and mailed to me by USCIS (they gave the tracking number). But it was lost in the mail. I know the validity date of the Re-Entry Permit. I have the Approval Letter (Notice of Action) from USCIS specifying the approval and Validity Date of the Re-Entry Permit mailed to me by USCIS. Kindly guide me whether Airline and POE Officer will consider this approval letter in place of my lost (but actually delivered by USCIS) Re-Entry permit? Quote Link to comment
