I-140 Employer Cannot Provide Funds to Pay on Future Employment

Hi , 

My Employer is filing for I-140 Petition as a Future Employment but the Ability to Pay is not provided in the form of Tax returns or Bank Statements but a letter from the Company CFO is used instead . How strong would my case be  ? for approval?

A letter is completely useless. Tax returns or a business plan with Venture Capital funding is what is needed.

Find a better employer.

Only a company with at least 100 employees qualifies to use such a letter. Even then, however, USCIS can still request the tax returns to verify the existence of the employer's ability to pay the offered salary.
