mmk3056 Posted June 10, 2020 Report Share Posted June 10, 2020 PERM applied in DEC 2019 and denied on May 2020. PERM Denied due to employer did not respond to employer’s sponsorship . My maxout is Jan 2021. My employer told me it was in SPAM/quarantine box and didn't observe until he saw PERM denial letter. and employer applied Motion to reconsider. Any recent experiences what are chances of reopening PERM here ? How long usually takes? Because PWD still valid. My employer trying to file new PERM in August after redoing recruitment etc.. but i might be short of time to get PERM , I-140. What are my options here? Please provide me. Quote Link to comment
