pritamde Posted June 9, 2020 Report Share Posted June 9, 2020 Hi, My wife's PERM (CATEGORY EB2) has recently been approved (filed on 3rd Feb 2020, approved on 4th June 2020). She has a total of 8+ years of experience. As per the new law posted in USCIS website (updated on April 2, 2020) employee should have at least 10 years of experience.
