Although my new H1B petition has end date till Oct 6th, 2020. Can i legally stay until Oct 6th? Or i need to leave USA before my calculated max out date? Quote Link to comment

Your attorney might have calculated the date while filing the last petition, it will be better if you run it by an attorney to see if your max out date is July or Oct. Quote Link to comment
