Is Employer can be changed on EB1- I140 amendment approved just.

Hi 

I got I140 Approval in may 2019 on EB1. Amendment also got approved 2 weeks ago . Now Can I get transfer of my H1b alone with other employer. Because 6 months period is not over on amendment approval. Not sure which approval will be considered . Amendment approval or initial approval of I140 ?
