H1B Layoff Severance Payment impact on GC process

Hi,

I have recently been laid off my current employer A and have my I140 approved with a priority date of Dec 2015. Fortunately, I have landed in a new job with employer B and the H1B transfer is in progress.

Can anyone please let me know if accepting a severance payment from employer A has any impact on the GC process?
