I have a full time job lined up from emp b. Is it possible for me to file AOS with emp a on concurrent h1 if my pd gets current? Emp b would not start the gc process year of employment. You have to ask your supervisor/HR what the company intends in the longer term. Will the job for which the GC was filed be available to you in the future ?
