Recent H1B Denials after 'Specialty occupation' RFE

I want to hear from people who had  their H1B extension denied after an RFE on 'Speciality Occupation'

I am in the same boat and spoken with so many immigration lawyers - all offer different suggestions.

 

I want to know how you handled or are handling your case. My I-94 has expired 6 months ago and even if i want to leave I cant because of the travel restrictions. 

Please share what did you do and if you did Counselor Processing - were you successful? How long were you able  to work after denial and when did you leave etc etc.

I have seen people taking F1 admission in advance incase the H1 extension denied, you can be on status on F-1.

Now a days people are advicing to submit B2 application atleast they can stay in USA. Did you do that?

I am confused. Is your petition denied?

How long were you able  to work after denial  - You need to stop working as soon as you get hard copy in mail about your H1B denial.
