DeepikaG Posted May 21, 2020 Report Share Posted May 21, 2020 Hi I was on maternity leave until end of Apr'20. My H1B expired end of Mar'20. Got my H4-EAD approval in Apr'20. Lost my job on 31st Apr 20. Can I apply for unemployment from May'20 onwards until I find another job? Without any consequences to the green card process.
