Aokiji
Hello everyone, I have a question regarding my H1B. I held H1B from Oct 2016 and began working under H1B from Jan 2017, and because the H1B extension was denied so I stopped working on Jan 2018 and came back to my home country to process L1B VISA. My L1B was activated from Mar 2018 until now. And now I have a job offer which will do an H1B transfer. So my questions are: Am I able to do H1B transfer since the extension before was denial? If H1B is doable, is there any issue with that? Any chance to get denied? And the reason for extension denial is wage level. Thanks. Quote Link to comment
gopalakrishnach
1. You can do H1B transfer. Infact this will be a new petition by new employer. 2. H1B petition can be submiited. Issues depends on your profile and petitioner profile. Any chance to get denied? sorry no magical formula. Every case is unique and every case carries risk level. Quote Link to comment

Denial will depend on the application merits. Quote Link to comment
