h1bv1 Posted May 19, 2020 Report Share Posted May 19, 2020 In the past, when I was on bench, employer did not pay me for few weeks. Later they asked me to apply leave for those period. Can this be reported to DOL WH4 and claim back wages for those period even though leave was applied? Has anyone else come across this scenario? Quote Link to comment
