I have approved I-140 with priority date 2013. I am going for maternity leave FMLA for 12 weeks. I was wondering if using paid FMLA for maternity leave (10-12 weeks) from state (my company doesn’t have maternity insurance) would affect approval of my family’s GC petition in the future with new Public Charge Rule in place?
