kaushik_ppe Posted May 15, 2020 Report Share Posted May 15, 2020 Hi My company submitted my L1B Visa extension on 30th Oct,2019 & till now it's is received state. Now my 240 days after I-94 expiration is going to complete on 12th June. I called USCIS to get case status & they are saying that it's still in adjudication & cant tell how much more time we need to take decision. My question is can i work & stay in usa after 12th June or do i have any other option to stay & work here until I receive any status from USCIS? Regards Kaushik Quote Link to comment
