Company B filed h1b at California on March 26th and the petition is still pending Company C filed h1b at California on April 14th and the petition got approved on May 4th Both are big legit companies (no EVC) Questions a> I joined B with receipt notice and working with them from April 20th . I want to join Company C ultimately. Should I wait for the H1 transfer from B to approved to join Company C? a>Can I join C as its H1 approved but B is not approved yet? Quote Link to comment
