chinki5028 Posted May 12, 2020 Report Share Posted May 12, 2020 Current EAD is expiring soon and employer is providing an option of Leave Without Pay(Inactive in the payroll) till the approval come. Is it okay to be on Leave without pay or will have to be terminate current position? Quote Link to comment
