My GC got filed in EB1 category and I have approved I140 with priority date as August 2018. Now I believe I need to wait for one year in India for clock reset to apply for next L1A and travel back to US. will I be eligible to file my petition only after January 15th 2021? Or I can file petition in the month of October 2020 and have petition by Jan 2021 to appear for visa interview after 365 days clock set? Please suggest Quote Link to comment
