JoeF Posted May 13, 2020 Report Share Posted May 13, 2020 (edited) On H1 you can be a passive investor in a company. Think stock market. Owning stock makes you a co-owner. It doesn't give you any rights to do work for the company. Same here. You can put money into a business but you are not allowed to do any work, not even unpaid, for that company.
