AZIndian
Hi, My Parents came to USA on 15th Nov'2019 on visitor visa. They got I 94 stamped in their passport for span of 1 year. That means the expiry date of the I 94 in their passport is 14th Nov'2020. Due to current pandemic situation they can not fly back right now. And their 6 months of stay will be expiring on 15th May'2020. So do I need to file an extension (I-539 Form) for them or they are good because they have I 94 expiry date of 14th Nov'2020? Any insight will be helpful. Thanks.. Quote Link to comment
