gopalakrishnach
1. May create some inquiries at port of entry. 2. New petition, get stamped and come back. Thats best way. 3. If you come back employer need to file petition ASAP before I94 expiry Quote Link to comment
User099
Take some legal advice from an Attorney before traveling. You will have 2 working days to file for an extension, just keep a note of it. Quote Link to comment
Naresh07
@gopalakrishnach My employer is filing H1B under consulate processing and also applying H4 as well. 1. By the time i travel May 27th, if i receive receipt for both H1b and H4 visa's - Is it safe to travel 2. As soon as New i-94 is generated on May 27th, My attorney will file for regular H1b and H4 processing Quote Link to comment
gopalakrishnach
1. You must get H1B petition approved not just receipt numbers. Quote Link to comment
