My priority date is 2012 , and we changed the employer and they are processing the GC and Visa is valid till Feb 2022. I heard from our attorney , PWD got approved first week of May 2020 . They are unable to post the Job in the work location because the office is closed due to Covid -19 (opened only for mail services) Everyone is working from home. My Clarification is 1. How long the PWD is usually valid? 2. Can someone or HR , can go and post the ad in the notice board in the office ? 3. Job posting and Perm should start before PWD expires ? otherwise we need to start PWD process again Can you please clarify Quote Link to comment
