pvenigalla
I recently got laid off due to COVID from an employer A and currently on 60 day grace period which started on April 3rd. I got an offer letter from employer B who agreed to sponsor for H1b visa immediately. Employer B declared bankruptcy under chapter 11 and stated that they are restructuring but are not expecting to liquidate. Can employer B still file for H1b under these circumstances and if they do will there be any possibilities for visa rejection. Please clarify Quote Link to comment
