Sairamkumar Posted May 7, 2020 Report Share Posted May 7, 2020 Hi folks, I am on H1 visa with approved I-140. My spouse has an existing EAD but it is expiring end of this month. She is currently in India and has her H4 already approved and stamped. But due to the current Coronavirus situation, she is unable to fly back to USA and hence waiting to initiate application for EAD extension. In order to save some time in EAD processing, I wanted to see if there is any provision for her to file EAD while she is still in India? Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks in advance. Sai Kumar.
