Home office address in LCA

Recommended Posts

Please help me with the questions I have.

1. Can H1B extension be filed for remote location (LCA) in state A when client who is in state B allows the person to work from state A? Client can give letters stating that the person works from State A home office. If LCA is filed for State A, will this be a problem while filing extension? Has anyone done this or can give examples?

2. Should the person file 2 LCAs here? One for State A and other for State B? Is this even allowed? Or will there be rejection? Or can only 1 LCA be filed for State A alone? I heard upto 9 work locations can be included setting one as primary. What could be the reason if employer does not file for home office in state A?

Please share any experience and clear answers for the questions.

Request Admin/members support. Thanks.

LCA can be filed with remote work location, many people do it.

Let your attorney do the paper work and they will file it as appropriate.
