Unfortunately my h1b got denied on March 18th 2020 which is after 240 days and I did not file any COS since my employer said it is not required file COS and leave the country as soon as the situation gets better. Since it is going to be 2 months by next week, Kindly suggest any options which would help me avoiding immigration issues(Related to Unlawful Presence)in future. Appreciate your help.
