Bala_22
1. Can H1B extension be filed for remote location (LCA) in state A when client who is in state B allows the person to work from state A? Client can give letters stating that the person works from State A home office. If LCA is filed for Stae A, will this be a problem while filing extension? Has anyone done this? 2. Should the person file 2 LCAs here? One for State A and other for State B? Is this even allowed? Or will there be rejection? Please share your experience and clear answers for the questions. Thanks.
