Apply for extension of B1/B2 while in USA

Hi Team,

My parents has traveled to USA in FEB-2020 and planning to return towards the end of JUN-2020. But it seems unsafe to travel back to India, due to COVID-19 pandemic. Is there a way to extend their B1/B2 VISA while they are here in USA? If yes, would you please help and share steps I can follow to get it done?
