GC wait time for family from different nationalities

Hi,

I got an opportunity to relocate to US on L1 B visa, I am married and we are from different nationalities. I am an Indian passport holder and my spouse is romanian passport holder. My company is open to initiate green card processing for me. I want to check if GC in initiated,

1) Will it be applied togethar for the family(me and my wife)?

2) I understand the wait time for Indians is very high however for romanians it is current, so in this case can the process be expedited through my spouse nationality? Or is it based on the primary applicant?

Which passport a person has is irrelevant. What matter for the wait time is country of birth.

If she was born in Romania, yes you can use that fact to your advantage.
