Applying new B2 Visa - Availability only from Feb 2021

Hi All

   We tried to apply for B2 visa for my in-laws and found that the earliest appointment available only by Feb 2021 in Chennai. Is there any possibility that the date may change if cover situation improves. I would want them here by September end so would like to know if anyone is in similar situation and have an idea. Thank you.
