I-140 Question - H1B Transfer

I am currently working on H1B for Employer A as Full time at California and got my I-140 approved(EB2) in June 2017 through Employer A. I recently moved to a different state Arizona for the same employer A and PERM process got started again as there is change in my job location. Few Months back, I got an offer from Employer B at a different state and i will be joining Employer B soon as my H1B Transfer got approved. Can i use my I-140 Approval from Employer A for my future H1B extensions. Please clarify.
