aspiration
Hi I have been working on a project with client A and my project has been on a temporary halt due to covid19 situation. I found a new project Client B which is in a different state but they have agreed for temporary remote work. Here my question is since I am changing my client I have to go through an amendment to work for a different Client. 1. What is the timeline when my amendment has to be filed? Can I start working and then file an amendment? 2. My work location will be remote WFH do I need to file an amendment? Quote Link to comment
aspiration
I have one more question. Can I work for two clients at the same time remotely? Quote Link to comment
Satish145903
@aspirationYou should start working only after filing the Amendment. Quote Link to comment

User099
You can work 2 jobs if you the employer has filed a concurrent H1 for the second job. Quote Link to comment
gopalakrishnach
Once you start working for B you need to submit H1B amendment as soon as you can. Your employer must do it and not you and if they are decent company they will do as soon as they can. I feel amendment will be needed since client changes. Quote Link to comment
aspiration
If my project at Client A gets resumed can I join back at Client A without amendment? As my H1b is approved with Client A. Quote Link to comment

gopalakrishnach
Since at client A your job ended and again you are going to start at client A which is considered as new job. I feel without amendment you cannot work at client A. Quote Link to comment
