add08 Posted April 20, 2020 Report Share Posted April 20, 2020 Hi, my PERM was filed under EB2 by my employer on 10/10. Its been over 190 days but there has been no update on the PERM yet - not notification of an audit either. Has anyone heard about similar delays in processing? I want to understand if this is a broader issue or if I am likely to be marked for an audit? Quote Link to comment
