Allen Posted April 14, 2020 Report Share Posted April 14, 2020 (edited) My husband responded the RFE in the July 2019 but status is not yet received,so raised the SR in Feb,2020 but there is no update till date. His visa is going to expire by 1st Aug 2020. I would like to know how many days will this take to process? and also, can we initiate visa extension process without RFE status being updated.
