I hae resigned from my current company, what is the grace period  allowed on H1?

You remain in status until 60 days after you left your job, or until your I-94 expires, whichever is earlier.

Hi,

Not sure of the circumstances under which you have resigned.  If you are currently in the U.S., in general, there is a 60 day grace period during which time one is considered to remain in status and another employer may file a H1B visa or the applicant may change status to another category.
