H1 RFE - Options to Work with old petition before Amendment

Hi Friends,

I have a question on my H1 status. I work for the same employer same client for 6 years. I have a valid H1 petition for Location A valid until Oct 2020, I filed an amendment for Location B (Same client) where i moved and got approval till Feb 2020. Now I applied for Location B Extension and got RFE. If my Location B petition got denied and I 94 expired, Can i go back to Location A (which has validity till Oct 2020) and work from there? And then again file a new amendment for Location B Plus extension - please clarify

Can i go back to Location A (which has validity till Oct 2020) and work from there? --- I guess YES. I feel your employer can guide you on this.

Yes, but it should be the same job for which the original petition was filed at location A.

@PskmPlease share what the RFE was for Location B. Which service center did you submit the application to?
