AbRahman
Hello, My elderly parents are both permanent residents. They were supposed to return to the US in March, but the plans changed due to travel restrictions and health risks. And i am not not sure if they will be able to travel in April either. On May 1st it will be a year away from the US for them, and they will be at risk of losing their Green card. Has there been any change in policy due to the Coronavirus? Any Insert other media information in this matter is much appreciated. Thank you Quote Link to comment

JoeF
They would have to file for a returning resident visa. That keeps the GC is they couldn't travel for no fault of their own, which is the case here. Quote Link to comment
