Question regarding B-2 Visa extension of Stay I-539 application for parents

i have applied I-539 to extend stay for my parents due to COVID 19. My Question is regarding the application I sent was I-539 (dad) and I-539A (mom) and paid the fees together for biometric for both of them and application fees.  We have just received a single receipt number as of now.  Does anyone know if I-797C is received per application or should be received per applicant (each for my dad and mom). or a single receipt number will track both application together?

To add here, I have not yet received I-797 C, receipt number is just from the text I received from USCIS on receiving the application.

I am planning to file for extension of stay for my mom. Can you please let me know whats the duration of stay that you have filed for extension of stay (parents)?

May I ask how long it took to receive the receipt# and which service center did you apply to? Texas service center received our package I-539 on April 2nd and I am still waiting for the receipt#.

Hi did you file I134 or just stated in the letter that you will be supporting them financially?
