AbhishekPandey6
Hello Guys. I was selected in this year's H1B lottery. My employer created a USCIS account to register me as a beneficiary. At this point, we did not have an attorney. We plan to hire an attorney now, as I was selected in the lottery. I wanted to know how is the process once we have an attorney? What do I have to do in terms of linking/merging my attorney's account with my employer's account? Quote Link to comment
User099
Your attorney and employer will take care of it. Its a good idea to take a step back and let them do their work. Quote Link to comment
gopalakrishnach
Your employer/attorney will take care of it. You need to stay away from this. Quote Link to comment
