H1B Deniel impact on I 485 Interview

Hi Friends,

 

My employer has filed my Amendment + Extension in July 2018 and before My I 94 expired ( 02/28/2019) I filed my adjustment of Status ( I 485 - F4 India) on 02/19/2019 .

 

After that on Aug 15  2019 ,I received email from my employer stating that my Amendment + Extension is denied and online case status is showing that it was denied on July 11 ,2019 .My Employer is not ready to share Denial Notice .

 

Now we have our I 485 Interview was scheduled on 26 March but due to Covid -19 it will be scheduled later .

 

My question is Since my H1B denied status on USCIS site is July 11 and my employer sent me email stating H1b denial is on 15 Aug . 

Will the period between July 11 and 15 Aug considered as Unauthorized Work ? 

 

Is there a possibility of my Green Card to be Denied ? Please help me

Once your AOS was on file, you were legally allowed to stay. The H1 is immaterial.
