I have a tracking number, it was delivered and signed for at the USCIS office within the 30-day response deadline. I received a denial letter for my i-485 as there was "no record of a response" to the request for further evidence. There is "no appeal to this decision". I have been forced to file an i-290b - a motion to reconsider. i-290b submitted on Dec 16th, 2019. Has anybody else had this problem? Is there any timeline on how long I-290b takes to process?
