srikanth3261 Posted April 3, 2020 Report Share Posted April 3, 2020 We received an RFE for my mother's green card application in Feb asking for more evidence related to birth certificate and the deadline to respond is April 18th 2020 but due to the current situation it is taking longer to arrange for documents and we may not be able to arrange the evidence by April 18th. What process should be followed like is there any form that can be filled or do we need to engage a lawyer to request for more time ? Quote Link to comment
