H1B extension is in process and What is the process to extend our stay in US until my delivery if my extension is denied.

My H1B visa got expire on Jan31,2020 and filed the my extension in regular mode on Jan 17,2020. My wife is pregnant and it’s running 6 month now. If I will get any decision before May15,2020 then we are ready to travel but if we will get denial decision in Jun,2020 or July,2020. What is the process to extend our stay until delivery in US (doctors are suggesting us do not travel in Jun and July and delivery date is July 22,2020) ? Please help the process and health insurance (working in cognizant)

If rejected ask your employer to appeal it and during that time you can stay in USA.

Regarding insurance please talk with your employer...

You can apply for a COS to B visa or appeal the denial notice and stay. Its best to discuss your options with your legal team or an attorney in such sensitive matters.

if possible travel now and deliver baby in your home country, save mother and baby from all the anxiety and stress related to immigration matter
