naraisa Posted March 30, 2020 Report Share Posted March 30, 2020 I am planning to apply for I130/I485 for my widowed mother, accompanied with I-864 where I am her sponsor. Now I need to also submit I-944. Do I have to collect details of her assets in India, or can I be included as part of her “household” for I-944 purposes and my income and assets can be used in I-944 as well? Quote Link to comment
