Sarath Chandra Bollineni
Hi, I applied for an extension on 08/05/2019 in normal processing, then I received a RFE on 12/30/2019. I have replied for that RFE in the premium process on 03/05/2020. Again for that, I got 2nd RFE on 03/17/2020. But my I94 expired on 08/18/2019. For how many days can I work, as I am waiting for the response from USCIS. Please help me on this topic. Thanks in advance. Quote Link to comment

So after 240 days from my I94 expiry date, I can't work over here? But, I am following with USCIS for my RFE right? Won't they include that time? And is there any written notification from USCIS to me or my employer? Please let me know. Thanks in advance. Quote Link to comment

Thank you, Gopala Krishna. Okay, it takes 240 days after expiry, then either I or my employer will get the written communication from the USCIS? Please let me know. Thanks in advance. Your employer/immigration attorney will help you... Quote Link to comment

Attorney_15
In such situations it is often helpful to speak with an immigration lawyer who can evaluate a person's situation to provide advice on how to deal with a situation. Quote Link to comment
