****** chaudhary
I was in United States on L1B visa my visa extension is denied on 2nd of March 2020. I have my I-94 valid till Oct 2021 but I believe as per law I cannot stay in US more than 30 days after my visa petition denial. However, now these days govt ordered to locked down or shelter in place due biggest threat of COVID-19. I was trying to go back my home county but Indian govt barred all incoming and outgoing international flights due avoid Coronavirus. Moreover, this there are no direct flight is available at this situation, so it is not advisable to travel back with my family it would be dangerous to travel with small kid. Once COVID-19 situation would be under control I will leave the county as soon as possible. I have few questions. - Can I go for file extension again or file new visa at this situation. - My company attorney go the denied notice around 15th March. - How i can extend our stay during this COVID-19 issue. Your valuable suggestion would be helpful. Regards ****** Quote Link to comment
pontevecchio
You would seem eligible to stay till the current I94 expires. Talk to the lawyer. Is it a blanket L1? Quote Link to comment
