Can I continue to work on my H1B receipt ? 2) If answer to 1) is no , Is not my wife's H1B status valid for 60 days after layoff ? Can I continue work for 60days? Quote Link to comment
User099 Posted March 19, 2020 Report Share Posted March 19, 2020 You cant work on H1 receipt when you applied for a COS from H4 to H1. Your H4 and EAD will be valid during the 60 day grace period, you can use them. Quote Link to comment
